ReplyDeleteWell if buying expensive props means an excuse to bust out crossover reviews then I say more people should do that since this was a pretty good team up. Yeah I could see the problems with the movie being more boring at points then anything worth commenting on and to be fair you CAN pull off scary mermaids (They did that in Pirates 4 before that became an excuse for romance between a priest and a mermaid for... some reason) but if you bother spoiling the secrets of the mermaid before she even does anything then what's the point? Eh really to do a full on scary horror mermaid movie you need to have a lot of it take place on the sea and not just in a large boat so you can actually have the mermaid around and you know it being able to attack people.

I am a sucker for commentaries. I do wonder if and when your next cross over will be available. And I hope you do a lot more.
